Since its founding, the development and investment firm has joined in the renovation of approximately one million square feet of commercial and residential property in Central Florida. The company’s more than 750 converted condominium units include properties in Cocoa Beach, Orlando, Satellite Beach, and elsewhere. The Fairway Apartments in Daytona Beach, situated on a golf course, adjacent to a condominium complex, feature new appliances and a new onsite laundry room as well as refurbished two-bedroom, two-bath units. ESO Equity Group’s adept management has raised occupancy rates on its properties from 20 percent to as high as 90 percent in just two years.
Prior to his current position as President and Chairman, Ori Tal worked in local and international markets for 10 years. At ESO Equity Group, he collaborates with Central Florida real estate investor and developer Giuseppe Conoscenti, whose company serves as Project Manager on ESO investments. Maria Viera acts as the ESO Financial Administrator. Future plans for the company include more of the same, with Mr. Tal arranging acquisitions, building partnerships, and supervising renovations.
