Over the years, Glam Media grew with over 1,500 blogs and Websites combined. To attract the female audience, they have recreated the look and feel of fashion magazines and took it online. Fast Company’s 37th most innovative business in 2010 inspired other media corporations to follow suit. Their creative strategy popularized what we know now as online magazines. Despite the online presence of similar networks, Glam Media managed to maintain its lead.
Already big, Glam Media expects to get bigger this year. The company is said to be selecting bankers to initiate an initial public offering this year.
